Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order (excluding weekends).

Shipping Method

As of October 2025, all orders are shipped with Royal Mail and DPD.  International orders are sent tracked and a signature is required.

Order not received

Please allow at least 7 working days for your order to be delivered if you are in the UK, especially during peak holiday periods.  If your order is being shipped outside of the UK, it can take up to 14 days to be delivered.

EU and Northern Ireland

Due to GPSR, we can no longer ship to the EU and Northern Ireland.

Room Sprays and 10ml Essential Oil Blends

Unfortunately, these products cannot be shipped internationally.

US Customs & Import Charges

Please note that orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable to the carrier or customs authority on delivery. Nicki's Aromatics has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. By placing an order, US customers acknowledge that additional charges may apply upon delivery.
