Simply spray onto a soft, damp cloth and gently wipe your yoga or Pilates mat before or after use, allowing it to air dry before rolling or practising. Suitable for most yoga mats. For natural rubber mats, including Liforme, always apply the spray to a cloth rather than directly onto the mat.
